Return Policy — FurRoller

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

How to request a return: Email us at wolokama1946@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with further instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or incorrect items: If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund with no need to return the item.
